Few Things About Canadian Courtroom…

Everybody in court has a important role to serve justice to the citizens and their community. I’m going to define and explain what their jobs are.
- Judge: The judge is listens carefully to everything that is said. He/She is decide what the punishment will be.
- Court Clerk-The Court clerk prepares the court’s schedule, and reads the charges of the accused.
- Investigating Officer: The investigating officer is the person(s) who has been charge with committing a crime.
- Crown Counsel/Attorney-The Crown counsel/Attorney is the lawyer for their province or territory.
- Court Reporter: The court reporter records everything that is said in the courtroom
- Defence Counsel/Attorney: The defence counsel are often in the lawyer that works for the person accused of a crime.
- The Press: Newspaper reporters are ofter in the courtroom to keeping everyone safe in the courtroom.
- Court Officer: The court officer is responsible for keeping everyone safe in the courtroom.
And………
- Prisoner Box: The accused person will sit in the courtroom during the trial. It make prisoner to can not run away.
- Coat of Arms: In many courtroom, there is a Canadian coat of arms on the wall behind the judge. It’s an important symbol.
- Public Benches: Courtroom are open to the public. This helps to ensure that a trial is open an fair.
- Flags: In many courtroom has a flag.
In Canadian courtroom, we try to make it as fair as possible! Courtroom is nerve racking for person who’s getting justice ’cause all of the other people except for the defence lawyers are trying to prove ’em guilty. In courtroom, they make it fair so they say the accused is not guilty until he/she is proven guilty. Judge’ll have to listen to what both the crown prosecutor.
Well, that’s all that I know about Canadian Courtroom. There are more people and Things in courtroom, But I couldn’t write ‘em all. Because, I don’t really know about them.
